A regular meditation practice can improve your life in many ways, including greater focus, ease, confidence, and clarity. Learn mindfulness concepts and receive guidance and support in creating and sustaining a meditation practice. Offered to small groups or individually, online or in-person.

SOULFUL SELF-CONFIDENCE

Cultivate your sense of confidence through deeper connection with your authentic self. This small-group program leads you through individual processes and practices and regular group calls to support your journey. Next online session begins Spring 2019.

minute mind-shift

Shift from common disempowering mindsets to more empowered ways of thinking with guidance from this series of one-minute videos. You'll receive one video every other week for a year, allowing you time to practice and integrate each mind-shift.

MINDFUL WRITING

Bring a powerful level of focus to your writing. This is offered as a small-group writing community with an option for individual support. Next session TBA
